UK16 Royal pleated skirt

This pleated skirt sways wonderfully with the wind and looks gorgeous with tights and boots. It has an elastic waist. The colours are very vibrant.

It fits a UK size 16  (EU size 44) best, but please check the measurements. The model Alissa wears a size UK16/18 and is 5‘6 tall.
